Anything Else?
We will estimate the amount of time it will take us to complete the project on your itemised quotation. If the time actually taken exceeds this estimate due to unforeseen circumstances such as unusual restrictions on access to the property, we will add the extra time on to the invoice at the end. We should be informed before our quote is finalised if the removal requires moving large items through windows, balconies or other unusual routes. Our rates per hour are listed below.

We are able to devote this extra time to our clients for free, as the costs to us are made up elsewhere in the VanOne Team network.
