Impartial VanOne Reviews
Usually when you visit a company’s website they list a handful of glowing testimonials to back up how great their service is. But that’s easy: anyone can list quotes from a few happy customers. At VanOne, we do things differently. We believe in being completely transparent about our service – the good and the bad – so we list impartial VanOne reviews from a third party review site Google Reviews. Therefore, when we say we ‘walk the walk’ and ‘talk the talk,’ you don’t have to take our word for it, just check out what our customers say.
Concerned about the negative Yelp Reviews?
The review published in July 2016 is a story written by a person who contacted VanOne regarding the possibility of booking at short notice removal from the UK to France. This person wanted to order her move 6 days in advance of her intended relocation date. VanOne could not offer the required service due to the lack of vehicle availability. This review expresses a lot of frustration (which is understandable in our opinion). Customers are advised to book their removals with VanOne at least seven days in advance of collection.
Yelp Review published in January 2013?
Some VanOne customers use inadequate packaging materials to pack fragile goods. In this case the customer claimed £795 worth of damage to their Bang & Olufsen stereo system that was wrapped with plastic shrink wrap and placed inside the van with no hard protection (card board).
Our Insurance Policy
All transported by us goods are insured for up to £20.000 and we promise to pay the compensation to all damages resulting from our negligence or damages caused by our vehicles being involved in the unlikely event of the road accident.
The review written by our customer on Yelp in January 2013 is a description of service where goods were damaged due to inadequate packaging. Inadequate packaging causes packed goods to break. Considering that VanOne don’t store or transfer items between vehicles, if customers discover that their item broke while being transported by us and claims for compensation, we will act on presumption that the damage is caused due to inadequate packaging and not due to our negligence.
