VOGB LTD – End User Licence Agreement

1  Scope of Licence Agreement (EULA)

This policy applies to VOGB Ltd. ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘VOGB’ refers to VOGB Ltd.

This end-user licence agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between Intuit QuickBooks (End-user or You) and VOGB Ltd, Newman Business Centre, 2 Newman Road, Bromley BR1 1RJ (VOGB, Us or We) for transfer of data via the VOGB app service (the “Service”) to Intuit QuickBooks.

This EULA may be changed by VOGB at any time. Any revised policy will be loaded to this page.

2  Agreed terms

2.1  The Service is to be made available to Intuit QuickBooks only for the purpose of transfer of financial data.

2.2  The Services will not be available to third parties.

2.3  The Service may contain sales data from www.vanone.co.uk including customer names, addresses and the amounts paid to VOGB. 

3  Grant and scope of the license

4.1  In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this EULA, We grant You the right to use the Services, subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy, incorporated into this EULA by reference. We reserve all other rights.

3.2  You may continue to use the Service free of charge provided that you accept these terms.

4  Intellectual property rights

4.1  You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Services and the underlying technology belong to us or our licensors and that you have no rights in, or to, the Service other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

5  Limitation of liability

5.1  The Service is provided to you on an “as is” basis and therefore all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement.

5.2  Except as stated at clause 5.v below We shall not be liable to you in respect of any losses caused by failures, errors, delays or interruptions relating to the Service, including any failure to supply the Service due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

5.3  We shall not be liable to you if any third party:

5.3.1  gains access to your connection to the Service or your Device; or

5.3.2  destroys or damages any data or information held by you or information about you which is held by us.

5.4  We shall have no liability in respect of indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits, business, costs, expenses, or any other form of economic loss.

8  Termination

8.1  We may terminate this EULA immediately without notice to you:
