We moved from London to Zurich and everything went according to plan, we had to have 3 vans to deliver our stuff and a few really heavy stuff. The only thing we had to do was unpack on the other side. Highly recommend this service.
Also during the removal day on Sunday the phone was always answered. Peter is very good in managing your expectation and on clarifying clearly what the service will deliver so no surprises.
