I requested quotes from several relocation agencies and VanOne was not only the cheapest and the fastest to get back me, but the most thorough. I appreciated that their quote included estimates for different amounts of stuff, so I could decide how much I wanted to ship and how much to throw away. Scheduling was also easy and the Saturday pick-up and Sunday delivery fitted perfectly with my plans. I agree with the reviews below that Michael is incredibly responsive – does he ever sleep? A bit more guidance around customs paperwork would have been helpful, but all in all, good, convenient service at very reasonable prices.
